I’ve been trying to call mobilecom customer service for three days now, and no response, ah well, there was a response sorry for being lyer

for god sake, I have MMS waiting to be recieve for three days now, and network configuration is missing!
by the way, their response should be
“Dear ****ing customer, because you are not using Po$tpaid account, you will be queued and ignore “
“Dear customer, Due to the expected long waiting time to serve your call, SWITCH to Umnia now!”
“Dear ****ing military line customer, GO TO HELL”
