   She,I don’t think is aware of how she comes across.All she probably cares about is how she looks.

   It might be the way she was brought up,and ,she might have been told that looking good was what was really important, growing up.

   Also people might have referred to her as a budding beauty,maybe many were telling her that she would grow up to be a beauty queen.

   Looks were always important to me,growing up,so I understand where she is comong from.

   We need to tell girls that inner beauty is what really counts and having wisdom.
