i dont know the story but was working with a customer support team for customers in USA and i know what u talking about
and even with the team im working with now which is awaaay from customer support but the most important thing is customer. . i wish other companies here have the same values …

Jano, we have some things to learn from our Lebanese friends about customer service, that’s for sure.
The last time I bought something from fun directory, and it broke I sent them my PC to fix it, it came back fixed, but they also switched my CPU (which had nothing to do with the malfunctioning part) with a cheaper one. They replaced it when I complained, but the point is I’d never go back there, and I tell everyone I know what happened.
