Thats very interesting... I am really looking for their phone number but unable to get one yet!

They sound promising, Ive been watching closely since they first were mentioned... but licensing issues (as usual in Jordan) were the main obstacle for them to start operating earlier

Finally, I'm glad I live in Shemesani and I can't wait till the service gets here, I'm immediately canceling my 10gb miserable internet from orange.

Anyone has tried this has a comment on how the internet is?

when is it coming to deir ghbar, i can't wait. sick and tired of orange's pricy internet and download limits. all the internet companies are monopolies in the jordan. they aren't offering better services, just laying back and taking money. if there was any competition between internet providers, the consumer would have benefitted from it. hope JCS ends this... they should do more advertising btw

nope its not dagher's project. thats yet another one :)

I heard that JCS is owned by a romanian company.

click <a href="http://nasimjo.blogspot.com/2008/06/romanian-rumble-2-telecom.html" rel="nofollow"> here </a> and read the last paragraph to know more about internet and data in romania

Finally Jordanians will be able to get a real internet connection for a change. We've been stuck with the crappy Orange 10GB bandwidth limits long enough. Not only would I cancel my Orange account once this is available, I will cancel my land line as well.

Is this the new Michael Dagher project?
I saw something like that in the paper yesterday, but it did not sound like cable ...they were talking about "using the electric company network for internet".
Either way it they promised 60% cheaper rates than DSL.
And an Orane official said today that this technology is not proven yet.

I dont get it

10MB?? Wow. I wonder how much that'd cost. Although it'd be relatively cheap considering its cable.

Now i think about it, I do live a bit near the JU street. :D
