Celebrating the earth with Olsen the runner

The Danish runner Jesper Oslen has arrived to the Kingdom as reported in JordanTmes today; as part of the world’s longest nonstop marathon celebrating the Earth and the possibilities it provides for those who are ready to grab them.

Unfortunately I cannot join Oslen, running isn’t my game at all but this reminds me of Armin Kohli who biked from Switzerland to Jordan in a call against land-mines and fortunately I had the chance accompany him from the northern borders to the Dead Sea.

Jordanians should come up with similar ideas after seeing such great examples but I wonder if they will ever receive a sponsorship that would last the minute after they leave the borders.

Oslen, Welcome to Jordan and we wish you a pleasant run :-)
